New Orleans Saints rookie TE Jimmy Graham was very impressive during offseason workouts and the team could find ways to create mismtaches for him by the end of the season, according to Michael Lombardi, of NFL Network.
Graham is an incredibly athlete, but until his Senior season at Miami, hadn’t played football since High School. However, Graham’s college basketball experience has led many to compare him to San Diego Chargers tight end Antonio Gates, who traveled along a similar path.
Though he could at some point develop into a dominating weapon, it is unlikely that Graham will offer much production as a rookie. He may prove valuable in goal line situations as a pass catcher, but he will probably be used in limited situations.
