The NFL Draft Bible caught up with former Central Michigan quarterback Dan LeFevour at Bears camp in Bourbonnaise.

RM: What are some of the things you’re learning from Mike Martz and by watching Jay Cutler in practice?

DL: “It’s a lot of new stuff for me. It’s been everything from the language they use in the offense to the drop technique to the reads; they’re all a little bit different from the spread offense. [Martz] has been a great teacher for me. He’s trying to work with me and do different things with me that way, so it’s been a lot of fun for me so far. I’m looking to contribute any way I can.”

RM: You’ve made a great impression on your coaches thus far. What is it that makes you stand out?

BM: “I just believe it’s my ability to learn the plays real fast. I’m a quick learner and just a hard worker. I think I really impressed them with my speed. RM: Has learning the playbook been easy?

BM: “No, not with Mike Martz. It’s hard to pick up. [But] I really feel comfortable in my ability. I really feel comfortable with what they’re throwing at me.”
