Reverend Ralph’s Two Round Mock Draft

St. Louis- Sam Bradford (QB-OK): By far the best quarterback in this draft. Bradford brings prototypical size and exceptional accuracy to the table.

Detroit- Ndamukong Suh (DT-NEB): Raw strength reminds some of the late Reggie White. Suh can dominate at multiple positions in any scheme.

Tampa Bay- Gerald McCoy (DT-OK): More of a one-gap penetrator with elite quickness in the mold of a Warren Sapp.

Washington- Trent Williams (OT-OK): Athletic and versatile, but may not be ready to play left tackle in the NFL due to shoddy technique. Just because he gets drafted before the top tackles, doesn’t mean he’s the best one out there.

Kansas City- Eric Berry (S-TEN): A ballhawking playmaker who flashes terrific instincts, closing speed and acceleration. Berry is a lethal weapon with the ball in his hands. Did anyone say, “Ed Reed?”

On Location Spotlight PT VI -Trent Williams, OU

A potential franchise tackle, Trent Williams is among the top prospects at a premium position and a likely top 10 pick. Williams displayed his athleticism at the NFL Scouting Combine and has always been known as a team player who is not afraid to mix it up.

Daniel Mogollon, NFL Draft Bible president and College Football Insiders founder, met with Williams in New York to talk about his days in Norman, the draft process and where he might land on D-Day.

2010 NFL Schedule Announced

2010 NFL SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

The NFL announced today its 17-week, 256-game regular-season schedule for 2010, which kicks off on Thursday night, September 9 in New Orleans and concludes on Sunday, January 2, with 16 division games.

 

The season begins with the NFL’s annual Thursday primetime kickoff game.  This year the opener on September 9 on NBC (8:30 PM ET) features the Super Bowl XLIV champion New Orleans Saints at home against the NFC North champion Minnesota Vikings in a rematch of last season’s memorable NFC Championship Game.  In a format introduced in 2004, the Super Bowl champion annually hosts the NFL Thursday night season kickoff.

 

NBC will carry two primetime games on Kickoff Weekend (Thursday and Sunday nights) for a season total of 18 primetime games (the opening Thursday night kickoff and 17 Sunday Night Football games).  The Sunday
