(1-16) Derrick Morgan, DE, Georgia Tech: The physical end gave fans a taste of his potential by powering his way around blockers versus the pass and holding his ground against the run. Unfortunately his season was cut short by a torn ACL in Week 4. Morgan’s quick first step, balance and technique are just a few of the ingredients that give the former Yellow Jacket a bright future. He reportedly plans on coming back 10 pounds lighter in 2011. Grade: B
(3-77) Damian Williams, WR, USC: It’s a mystery why the coaching staff often stuck with washed up veterans such as Justin Gage and Nate “Butterfingers” Washington instead of giving Williams some more play. The smooth rookie displayed his skills in small doses by running sharp routes

(1-22) Demaryius Thomas, WR, Georgia Tech: Aside from a breakout performance versus Seattle in week two, Thomas was a non-factor in 2010. Ankle and thumb injuries were partly to blame, as were his poor route-running. No one expected great things this early given the fact that his college years were spent in the triple-option offense. His ability to post up defenders with the ball in the air should make him quite the red zone target. “Bay Bay” also averaged 24.9 yards on kick returns. Grade: C+
