Florida’s second Pro Day of the spring quietly took place on the practice field Wednesday morning with four draft-eligible former Gators — defensive end Jermaine Cunningham, wide receiver/kick returner Brandon James, cornerback Markihe Anderson and cornerback Wondy Pierre-Louis who worked out in front of about a dozen NFL scouts.
In his first (and maybe last) chance to impress the scouts, Cunningham, who weighed in at 269 was put through an extensive workout Wednesday, starting off with the broad jump and vertical jump in the weight room and ending with a variety of agility drills on the practice field. In between, he ran the 40-yard dash twice. Cunningham, ran his first 40 in 4.92 seconds. He fell at the end of his second run after tweaking a quadriceps muscle.
