Mancini’s Take: Holliday wasted no time at all turning heads at recent OTA sessions by flashing his all-world speed on deep patterns. As a kick returner, the 5-5 dynamo has the ability to put his acceleration and cutting skills to good use while hiding behind his blockers, but his rawness as a pure route runner will almost certainly limit him as a wide receiver. All the speed in the world can’t make up for the fact that the former Bayou Bengal only had seven receptions for 72 yards during his college career. His size is also a detriment in trying to catch passes in traffic, not to mention the fact that his 165-pound body isn’t built to lay any downfield blocks for his teammates.
