Standout junior tight end Kyle Rudolph and wide receiver Michael Floyd have asked to be evaluated by the NFL Draft Advisory Board, according to an ESPN report.
Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly acknowledged the report the report. “We are heavily recruiting them,” Kelly said. “We are recruiting them for Notre Dame.”
Rudolph who missed most of the season with a torn hamstring injury, is viewed as a round one/round two-type prospect.
Floyd, who saw his production drop off with the departure of Jimmy Clausen this season, is currently ranked as the No. 4 wide receiver prospect in the country, according to the NFL Draft Bible, which includes eligible underclassmen.
