The University Delaware is no stranger to stand-out transfers becoming stars for the Blue Hens. First we saw Joe Flacco leave the University of Pittsburgh to come to Delaware before reaching stardom for the Baltimore Ravens. The next in line for the NFL is former Penn State quarterback Pat Devlin. Devlin earned the 2010 CAA Offensive Player of the Year Award guiding the Blue Hens the NCAA Championship game in Frisco, Texas. Devlin earned the highest honor any draft prospect could ask for with the invite to the NFL Scouting Combine which begins February 24 in Indianapolis.
