Tennessee divided its second scrimmage of the spring into two parts Saturday, using a normal game format for the first portion and then focusing on situations over the last 30 minutes.
Just three practices remain before next Saturday’s Dish Network Orange and White Game at Neyland Stadium.
“At the end, we did a situational scrimmage where we were really working on the last 31/2 or four minutes of the game,” head coach Derek Dooley said. “It’s just amazing what comes up and there are some great lessons.
“If you look (at Tennessee) over the last two years, we’ve lost a number of games in the last 31/2 minutes where we had a chance to win it. I think the teams that play the best in the last 3-4 minutes tend to win the most games, so we are going
